Having been involved with Turnarounds and Shutdowns for many years across numerous operators and assets, the basic principles of the aforementioned processes remain the same, however we are fully understanding of the additional focus that is required on Turnaround / Shutdown critical material.

Overhaul & Repair Management

With an in-depth understanding of all elements of the overhaul and repair process, we are excellently placed to support you with all aspects of your valve/actuator related overhaul scopes.

Expediting & Inspection

We provide focused expediting services catered to your particular project needs. Services can range from attendance at kick-off meetings, management of production schedules, documentation review, site visits, weekly desk expediting, etc. 

Stock Management

We have vast experience of completing stock review and rationalisation exercises. Many operators hold large quantiles of stock which brings with it high working capital and storage costs. These stocks can be reviewed and streamlined where possible.
